Flamsal Enterprises LLC’s revenues consist of royalties under trademark license agreements it enters into with companies using the Flamsal and related brands. Royalties receivable under those agreements are usually calculated as five percent of the revenues of licensees, typically subject to minimum guarantees. Flamsal Enterprises was established on April 24, 2023.
